Reservations Open for Breeders' Cup Simulcast Dining Packages

With an incredibly high demand for tickets to this fall’s Breeders’ Cup World Championships at Keeneland Race Course, the next best place for horse racing fans in the Kentuckiana region to watch and wager on the year-end championship event will be Churchill Downs Racetrack.
The legendary home of the Kentucky Derby, situated 72 miles west of Keeneland in Louisville, will open its facility and premium dining rooms for simulcast wagering on the Oct. 30-31 Breeders’ Cup. Additionally, all of the racing action will be broadcast on Churchill Downs’ massive ultra-high definition “Big Board” – the world’s largest 4K video screen.
Millionaires Row reservations for the Breeders’ Cup are now being accepted. The special Breeders’ Cup dining packages include admission, a reserved dining seat in an indoor climate-controlled setting, commemorative official Breeders’ Cup program and delicious Chef’s Table buffet. Flat-screen televisions and plenty of mutuel tellers and self-service wagering machines are conveniently located throughout the spacious room to easily place bets, and a four-tiered balcony that overlooks the racetrack with a prime view of the Big Board is just steps away.

Churchill Downs has hosted the Breeders’ Cup World Championships eight times but this will mark the first time that iconic Keeneland, located in the heart of Kentucky Blue Grass country, will host the two-day event. The Breeders’ Cup, which will be run for the 32nd time since its inception in 1984, consists of 13 championship races with purses totaling $26 million.
After the two-day Breeders’ Cup, racing on the Kentucky circuit will return to Churchill Downs for the 20-day Fall Meet, which commences Sunday, Nov. 1 with the popular “Stars of Tomorrow I” program – a racing card exclusively for 2-year-olds.
Churchill Downs, the world’s most legendary racetrack, has conducted Thoroughbred racing and presented America’s greatest race, the Kentucky Derby, continuously since 1875. Located in Louisville, the flagship racetrack of Churchill Downs Incorporated (NASDAQ: CHDN), which offers year-round simulcast wagering at the historic track.
